Location

The Rodger Young is located near Botany Bay and is rather far from Freedom City. Reaching it by foot is time-consuming and requires lots of climbing, so living in the RY is reserved for people with Blink or Flight, or those who have a plane. Reaching it by plane is very easy as there is a helipad here, and one in Botany Bay too. Botany Bay has many amenities, making it an adequate substitute for FC for many needs.
