Different places in the world of SamsaraMOO. The terminology for this can be confusing: There is a difference between an "area" and a "zone". Areas are arbitrary, and can be one small area within a larger zone, as with Machinae Supremacy being an area within the Slagtown zone. Zones are a mechanical distinction, indicated on the game's interface; moving south from 4th and High will move your character from the Freedom City zone to the Slagtown zone. Both FC and Slagtown are also areas, with "area" being more of a catch-all term. See Maps for more info on larger zones.
