You will need to kill Sister Hazel in order to gain access to the mutation, earplugs are recommended as she will screech which will cause adrenaline shock and stun you, Sister Hazel's blood is also acidic, so a towel is advised. Upon killing Sister Hazel you will receive stars in Carcinoma, quickly proceed below to '''The Seed of Creation''' to pick up Carcinocudgel.
