You have fuzzy little cat ears and a tail! Falling's not as dangerous, and you hate water. Also, you have an odd affinity for Linux distributions and tearing down government hierarchies.

Cat Ears is mutually exclusive with Third Nipple and thus can't be taken together with it.

Location

The Cat Ears mutation is found in Weezer Village, under the STEM Biotech Offices, go west once inside and search before heading down into the basement.

Advantages

• +1 Rifles. A modest increase in tohit, but rifles don't really need lots of it. Helps with some min-maxing though.
• +1 Hack. A nice, valuable bonus for brainy builds.
• +1 Bombs. Helps with not blowing yourself up.
• You talk like a cat. Using verbosecatears mutation pref, this can be either random :3 emoticons at ends of your speech or some parts of your words replaced with meowing and purring (superior -> supurrior, etc.)
• Non-lethal fall damage. Cat Ears mutants will always survive the fall no matter the height, as long as they don't have any negative beat soak.

Disadvantages

• -2 Swim. Cats struggle to tread water.
• You talk like a cat. And you can't stop meowing.
• Stress in water. This is usually a non-issue, but occasionally annoying,
